Getting tickets from TexasBoxOffice.com is now even more convenient. Customers won't need to wait for their tickets to arrive in the mail or wait in will call lines any longer with the brand new Print @ Home feature. Print @ Home will allow customers to print their tickets as soon as they finish making their purchase at TexasBoxOffice.com.

The tickets can be printed in color or black and white. Each ticket should be printed on standard 8.5x11-inch paper and treated like any other ticket. For your security, Print @ Home tickets are individually bar coded. The barcode allows one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell any copies of the Print @ Home ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event.

Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or higher is required to use the Print @ Home feature. A free copy of the software can be downloaded at adobe.com. If a Print @ Home ticket is lost or damaged, customers can call Texas Box Office at (512) 471-7448.

To ensure that you receive the e-mail containing your tickets, please be sure that you have texasboxoffice@athletics.utexas.edu added to your approved spam filter list.

The Print @ Home delivery method is currently available for all individual events held at the Frank Erwin Center including Texas Men's and Women's individual home basketball games. Print @ Home is not currently available for season tickets to Texas Men's and Women's Basketball or for season tickets to Austin Wranglers Football.
