All Texas Box Office outlets sell tickets on the same system with the same inventory access to seats. One way to jump ahead of the general public sales is to sign up for information on pre-sales and special promotions when you create a TexasBoxOffice.com account.
What is general admission?
General admission seating can be standing room only or seats that are open on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are reserved seats?
Reserved seats are assigned to the purchaser. The tickets will display the seat location in level, section, row and seat number.

What does "Best Available" mean?
Best Available is determined by the number of tickets desired and what seats are open on the ticketing system. Selecting Best Available allows you to search for the most desired location with the number of seats needed in that price level and/or category.
What if I do not like the tickets selected through "Best Available"?
Select the “Release These Tickets” button and proceed.
How many tickets may I purchase?
This is determined on event-by-event basis for the first day of sales and may run through the entire ticket-purchasing period. Usually there is no limit on the amount of tickets you may purchase through Texas Box Office.
Is there an age limit or requirement to attend a show sold through Texas Box Office?
All venue have their own policies for age limits. Please check with the venue's box office or call the Texas Box Office phone lines to get more details on this policy.
Do children get in free or do they need a ticket to enter?

How do I order mobility-impaired seating?
Mobility-impaired seating may be purchased through Charge By Phone or on-line. A Texas Box Office representative will contact you during our regular business hours as soon as your on-line request is received. This request in no way guarantees seats. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Mobility-impaired seating is limited at certain venues. Large parties may have to be split up depending on building capacity, structure and fire code.
How do I purchase a seat in a suite or an entire suite at the Frank Erwin Center?

Once I have purchased my ticket and am at the event, can I hunt for a better seat?
Only if the event is general admission. Most venues featured reserved seating, therefore committing you to the seats you purchased. Venue ushers can assist you in locating your seats.
When I attended the event, I saw unoccupied seats that are better than the ones I purchased? How is that possible?
Please note that the term "better seats" varies from individual to individual. The tickets may have been purchased by individuals that did not attend the event. Some season ticket holders may not make every performance.

Some events will be taken off TexasBoxOffice.com a few hours prior to showtime on the day of the event. Depending on availability, tickets may still be purchased at the venue gate or box office. Please contact Texas Box Office or the individual venue box offices for detailed instructions.
What is Will Call?
Will Call allows you to pick up your purchased tickets at a specific venue prior to beginning of the event. Tickets purchased through Texas Box Office designated for Will Call can be picked up at the venue box office starting one hour prior to the event. For additional Will Call availability, contact the individual venue box office. Individuals picking up tickets must present the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with your valid state (if a resident of the United States) or government issued (if a resident of Canada or other country) photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature. In addition, the name on the credit card must be the same as the person picking up the tickets.

What is an Internet Mail order?
Internet Mail orders allow you to purchase tickets on-line with a credit card and have those tickets mailed directly to you. Your purchase will be processed and mailed to the address of the credit card holder. The tickets should arrive seven to 10 working days of the order date.

Open the PDF attachment, print the file and bring it to the appropriate venue. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your tickets.
What file type is sent for Print @ Home?

Log into your account on TexasBoxOffice.com. After signing in, go to the "Re-Issue Ticket" link. After your tickets are displayed, check the appropriate box to have your tickets re-issued. You will receive an e-mail from Texas Box Office shortly thereafter. NOTE: The original bar code on the first PDF file printed will become invalid. Be sure to present the correct Print @ Home tickets at the door.

Why is there an extra charge on my order?
TexasBoxOffice.com charges a small delivery fee for mailing tickets, Print @ Home tickets and Will Call tickets. These charges are non-refundable. TexasBoxOffice.com also has a per-ticket convenience charge. Select events may have a per-order fee as well. The Texas Box Office Charge By Phone lines have a per-ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per-order charge. Texas Box Office outlets have a per-ticket convenience charge.
How can I avoid extra charges that may occur when ordering tickets?
